Design Doctor copyrights all design work and is the sole owner of all designs and work. There is a one time design fee, and it is required that Design Doctor is the host for site for a minium of one year. At the end of that year, if you decide to have someone else host your site, you could then purchase the completed design work from Design Doctor for price stated in contract. All Design Doctor copyrights must remain on page with links to Design Doctor site, unless or until more than 40% of original design has changed or been altered.

 

I design my sites at such a low price because I host the site myself.

 

If you want me to design the site and not host it, it will be quite a bit more.
Also, if the design is to be copyrighted directly to the client it will be a more expensive.
